        • Add encryption mechanism for bug details

          Many error messages we want logged will have information that we absolutely cannot disclose to users such as would happen if we put it into a hidden form variable.

            • move "edit your application settings" link to a less relevant location

              I always click that link when I want to get to the bugs list, instead I would like to have the command buttons left aligned
